We prioritize tools job seekers actually search for and use — popular resume builders, cover letter generators, application trackers, and job boards. Vendors cannot pay to be included, excluded, or ranked.
Every review is based on hands-on testing under our published methodology: real signups, tested free plans, export checks, screenshots, and pricing recorded on a specific date. Reviews carry a "last tested" date and are updated when tools change materially.
Each category uses a fixed, weighted rubric published on its category page. The same rubric is applied to every tool in that category, so scores are comparable. We do not use ratings we can't back with testing.
